Mentor Mentee Programme
The Department of Chemistry conducts a Mentor–Mentee Programme every semester to provide academic guidance, personal counseling, and career support to undergraduate students. Faculty mentors regularly monitor students' academic progress, attendance, and overall well-being, identify learning difficulties, and offer timely guidance and remedial support. The programme promotes holistic development, strengthens mentor–student relationships, and enhances student progression and success.
Parent Teacher Meeting
The Department of Chemistry organizes a Parent–Teacher Meeting every semester to strengthen communication between the institution and parents. During these meetings, parents are informed about students' academic performance, attendance, discipline, and overall progress. Their feedback is also considered to identify areas requiring additional support, thereby fostering a collaborative approach towards students' academic success and holistic development.
