5. Applicant Details: Provide applicant details, full name and address, contact details, email address and signature.
6. Applicant Declaration: The applicant has to make a declaration of his/her Indian citizenship.
The RTI law mandates the Public Information Officer (PIO) to provide the information to the applicant within 30 days.
First Appeal: If the applicant does not receive any response or reply from the concerned authority, he can proceed to an appeal named “First Appeal” to the Appellate Authority with the name and complete address of the college (Click to view the application proforma for the first appeal).
The appellate authority is mandated to reply to the applicant within 45 days from the date of reception of the appeal.
If the appellate authority does not respond or refuses or fails to respond, the applicant may appeal to the Chief Information Commissioner of the State/Central Information Commission (Click to view the application pro forma for the CIC appeal).

*No fee shall be charged from any person who is below the poverty line (BPL). For this exemption of fee the applicant have to provide a copy of the certificate issued by the appropriate government in this regard. |

Offline: Pay cash to the college authority against a proper receipt or pay in the form of a demand draft, banker's cheque, or Indian postal order to the accounts officer of the authority.
Online: Pay through Internet Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI (if available)
The payment document or receipt or any supporting documents have to be attached with the RTI application.
