The college's administrative office, under the Principal and Vice-Principal, and in conjunction with the admission, academic, examination, scholarship, etc. sections, serves as a bridge between students, teaching and non-teaching faculty, and management.
There are two ICT based and air conditioned seminar rooms beneath the central library where the college seminars, conferences, meeting etc. held with a comprehensive and comfortable environment.
The central Library of the college, as well as the departmental seminar libraries, serve as veritable learning resources. Right now, there are as many as 60,162 books in the Central Library, which offers a web OPAC and a library website. It also has a museum of local history, a collection of manuscripts and sculptures, and it subscribes to a number of journals and daily newspapers.
The college has an Examination Section, where examinations for Burdwan University, internal college examinations, Open University (IGNOU, NSOU) examinations, and other competitive examinations are conducted and supervised successfully.
There are fourteen science laboratories for the departments of Botany, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Plant Protection, Physics, Geography and Zoology laboratories {hyperlink to the laboratory page of each department} for the smooth conduction of practical-based classes and examinations. The specimen room in Zoology and Geography and the herbarium room in Botany are special attractions of their respective departments.
The teachers’ lounge comprises a common teacher room and a separate room for female teachers, providing an air-conditioned, wide and comfortable hub for refreshment, relaxation, collaboration, meetings, etc., for the educators of the college. It is equipped with a fresh, cold drinking water system, washrooms and several almirahs with proper locking systems for personal use.
For the smooth conduct of meetings, awareness programs, and cultural events such as music, recitation, debate, and dance, there is an air-conditioned auditorium equipped with 400 seats, a podium, a wide arena, a high-quality sound system, and superior acoustic technology, providing a wide, comfortable venue on the second floor of the administrative office.

Netaji Mahavidyalaya offers food and lodging facilities in a guest house to invited faculty members, VIPs, and other respected persons for overnight stays for official, academic, or other relevant reasons.
There is a large football ground at this college where students and faculty play various outdoor games, such as football and cricket, and the institute organizes the annual sports to enhance physical fitness. This ground is also used for the culture of the NCC activities. The college's annual cultural program is also held on this ground. It serves as the practical field of the Department of Physical Education
The institution has one indoor sports complex and a sprawling 67,500 sq. ft. ground for indoor and outdoor games for students. Carrom, chess, and table tennis boards are among the indoor game facilities. Cricket, volleyball, football, badminton, kho-kho, handball, athletics, etc., are played by our students as outdoor games.
The institution has a fully equipped Multi-Gymnasium with various instruments, providing separate exercise facilities for male & female students, as well as for interested staff members.
As a phase-wise transition to clean energy sources, the college has installed a rooftop Solar PV power plant with an array capacity of 10 kWp, generating electricity from the installed solar panels and reducing the institute's electricity expenditure.
There is a built-in system for water conservation through harvesting rainwater from the institute terrace, collecting it, and feeding it into the borewell for recharging.
The campus has a girls’ common room with adequate space and amenities. There are washrooms for the exclusive use of girls. There is a provision of a sanitary pad dispensing machine and sanitary pad disposal bins.
The campus is entirely covered with green spaces containing flowers, fruit, and medicinal plants. The flower garden provides a vibrant color palette, environmental balance and biodiversity, whereas the fruit garden provides greenery and delicious, nutritious fruit. The medicinal garden near the Botany Department acts as a resource of primary health care.
Vermi farming is an unique initiative taken by the college to produce organic fertilizer which can be used for the soil enrichment and applied to the campus garden and flower tub to increase the beauty and greenery of the campus. The excess fertilizer is sold to earn the money and enrich the college fund
Netaji Mahavidyalaya regularly organizes Sky-Watching Camps and Seminars to foster astronomical interest and curiosity beyond the classroom. The college is equipped with a Galilean Refracting Telescope and a Newtonian Reflecting Telescope, which aid students in viewing the Moon, Planets, Stars, and Celestial Objects.
There is an aquarium in the corridor near the Principal’s Chamber, which provides a pleasant view. It contains a variety of colored fish, such as goldfish, clownfish and angelfish. It is continuously filtered and circulated using a pump to provide a fresh environment for their long-term survival
The college has a vehicle parking area within the campus that can accommodate a large number of four- and two-wheeler vehicles, including bicycles, for students and teaching and non-teaching staff. It provides a highly secured, well-monitored and organized space.
Netaji Mahavidyalaya offers a clean, hygienic canteen that provides nutritious refreshments, lunch, tiffin, etc and RO-based water purifier for clean drinking water. It serves as the relaxation and interaction zone for faculty and students during break. It offers an ordering system that ensures quick and efficient service. It provides a high-quality cooking and catering service for college events, seminars, and programs.
To fulfill the academic needs of the students and faculty, there is a Book and Stationery Store, “Student Corner," inside the college campus. It plays an important role by providing the necessary items and resources. The store offers a wide range of essential stationery items, including notebooks, pens, textbooks, exercise books, and more, at affordable prices.
There is a Xerox and photocopy service point inside the office room for administrative work, and another, “Student Corner” (near the statue of Dr. Radhakrishna Pal), is dedicated to other work and is accessible to students and faculty at low, affordable prices.
