Netaji Mahavidyalaya

Netaji Mahavidyalaya is committed to facilitating career opportunities for its students through a well-organized Student Placement program. Through this program, the college aims to empower the students with the necessary skills, exposure, and confidence to secure employment and build successful careers. The Placement & Promotion Sub Committee (Hyperlink this text to the Placement & Promotion Sub-committee page) conducts Training and Placement activities to prepare students for the recruitment process, including sessions on aptitude development, communication skills and personal interviews. Workshops, career counseling, and mock interview practices are regularly organized to enhance employability. The Campus Interview program (Hyperlink the Campus Interview page) aims to provide students with direct access to career opportunities, empowering them to enter the professional world confidently and build successful futures.

During the session 2016 - 17, more than 1500 students participated in various career oriented programs including seminars including in-house training programs.

○ Under the affirmative action program of TCS, 171 students were trained in 4 batches.
○ 25 candidates were selected for TCS, in a campus interview held on 20.12.2016
○ 26 candidates were selected for TCS in a campus interview during the session 2017 - 18.
○ 27 candidates were selected for Absolute Barbecue during the session 2017-18.

In the recent years, the Career Counselling Cell of the college has been regularly organizing on campus training programmes and getting students enrolled in off campus programmes as a result of which many students could avail job opportunities.
