Netaji Mahavidyalaya provides hostel facilities to students, ensuring a safe, secure, hygienic, and pleasant environment for a peaceful stay. The college has two Boys’ hostels: Vidyasagar Chhatrabas for general students, accommodating 110 boarders, and Bidyarthi Bhawan for SC-ST students, accommodating 50 boarders. There are two Girls’ hostels: Nazarul Chhatriniwas for general students, accommodating 120 boarders and Nivedita Chhatriniwas for SC-ST girls, accommodating 25 boarders. All hostels are supervised by the college's faculties and provide a disciplined, homely, academic and cultured environment. Students are admitted to the hostels based on the distance of their residences from the hostels and their respective merit. Many girl students of this college, hailing from the ST community, come from as far as 150 km to enroll in the Dept of Santali to pursue an Honors course in the same subject as first-generation learners. They are provided with food and lodging at the college's ST girls' hostel at no cost. They are also provided with some land adjacent to the said hostel, where they cultivate different types of crops using their cultivation experience back home, where they used to help their parents in the same.
