Netaji Mahavidyalaya is committed to promoting a Green Campus and Biodiversity, creating an eco-friendly and sustainable environment for learning. The campus is enriched with well-maintained green spaces like flower garden, fruit garden, etc. that provides both environmental balance and aesthetic appeal. The flower garden adds vibrant colors to the campus while attracting butterflies and bees. The fruit garden contributes to greenery as well as awareness of nutrition and sustainable cultivation practices among students. A specific area has been dedicated for the medicinal plants near the Botany Department which is one of the best ways to for the traditional herbal knowledge. In addition, indoor plants are placed in corridors and offices to improve air quality and provide a calm and refreshing atmosphere. Beside this the college celebrate the Tree Plantation Day by planting the plantlet during the India's Van Mahotsav (July 1–7) even every year.
