Netaji Mahavidyalaya is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and ragging-free environment for all students. The college follows a strict zero-tolerance policy against ragging, including verbal, physical, sexual or mental harassment. An Anti-Ragging Committee (hyperlink to the anti-ragging subcommittee) has been formed to monitor the campus and action taking role. The Internal Complaint Cell (ICC) (hyperlink to the anti-ragging subcommittee) of the college implements zero tolerance standing against sexual harassment, protect women’s dignity, promotes gender sensitization as per UGC regulations. Students are encouraged to report any kind of incidents without fear, and strict action is taken against offenders.
