Detailed Profile

Volanath Mondal is presently working as an Assistant Professor of Commerce at Netaji Mahavidyalaya, Arambagh, Hooghly, West Bengal, India. He earned M.Phil, M.Com and B.Com.(H) from Burdwan University in 2019, 2015, and 2013, respectively. Additionally, he has qualified for the UGC-NET twice and the WBSET once in Commerce. His areas of interest include corporate performance measurment, corporate financial management, corporate accounting, strategic cost management, financial statement analysis, strategic human resource management, organisational behaviour and computer application in business. He has published many articles in internationally reputed journals.
