Netaji Mahavidyalaya

I am teaching in the Department of Commerce, Netaji Mahavidyalaya, Arambagh, Hooghly, West Bengal since 06.05.2022 as an Assistant Professor of Commerce (Stage-II). Prior to joining this College, I served Vivekananda Mahavidyalaya, Haripal, Hooghly, West Bengal as an Assistant Professor of Commerce on and from 11.11.2016 to 05.05.2022 for more than 5 years and as a Govt. Approved Part-time Teacher of Commerce at Shyamsundar College, Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal for more than 7 years since July 2009 to November 2016. I completed the Degree of Master in Commerce from the University of Burdwan in the year 2008 and also qualified UGC-NET in May 2009 as an appearing candidate. I was awarded Junior Research Fellowship (State Funded) during the research work by The University of Burdwan. I received Doctorate Degree from the University of Burdwan on 1^st August, 2014 in the subject Commerce. My areas of interest include Accounting and Finance, Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation, Laws, Auditing, Economics, E-Commerce, Education, etc. I have published a number of research articles in reputed national and international journals and also in various edited national and international books (chapters). I have attended and presented many research papers in different reputed national level seminars organized by different universities, colleges, educational and professional bodies. Presently, I am pursuing the duties and responsibilities of Assistant Co-Ordinator of Netaji Subhas Open University (NSOU), Netaji Mahavidyalaya Study Centre (C-06) from July 2026 onward.
