Mr. Sujit Pal has been serving as a State Aided College Teacher (Category-I) in the Department of Botany at Netaji Mahavidyalaya since August 16, 2018. He has dedicated himself to teaching, student mentorship, and academic life for around a decade. He thinks that education is more than just imparting knowledge; it is also about fostering curiosity and independent thought.
His research focus is on metabolic disorder pathophysiology. He has investigated a variety of sophisticated experimental techniques, including protein-ligand interaction analysis, molecular docking, and bioinformatics-based gene analysis.
Over the years, he has stayed committed to establishing a learning atmosphere in which students are encouraged to read critically, express themselves confidently, and develop a lifelong interest in literature.
