Municipal waste management through vermicomposting and its impact on crop growth, physiology, yield, soil health, soil biodiversity and carbon conservation under paddy and mustard cultivation in old alluvial soil zone of Burdwan district, West Bengal. 5 years full time research experiences as JRF and SRF under UGC project and government fellowship (Rajiv Gandhi national fellowship for sc candidates). Published 3 research papers in very reputed International peer reviewed journals during research period.
